To quote Jilly, "I missed you guys!" I was on vacation when the FRC and ATFR episodes aired, and when I got back to civilization and finally watched them, I just couldn't bring myself to go onto the Bach Board. I knew there'd be thousands of entries on the Musings and Dark Horse threads, and I just couldn't face the pain (nor invest the time required to separate the wheat from the chaff).
A month later, however, Soy Grande infatuation undiminished, I just couldn't stay away any longer. The town square in Reidsville was desolate without all of you, and there were no musings to be found. Glad I finally made my way to the new digs. It's much more comfortable here.
I spent several hours last night catching up on most of the posts, and found myself laughing out loud over and over again. It's good to be back among friends. Leeny Lou in particular, you CRACK. ME. UP. The humor alone would keep me coming back, but I also enjoy reading everyone's eloquent views on life and love. You're a very special group of people. I still can't believe that we found each other because of our mutual obsession with a reality show! Thanks to all of you for expanding the discussion to include your own real-life experiences.
Speaking of reality, it seems that a lot of real-life pain has been experienced by many of you in the last several weeks. My heart goes out to all of you. So much loss, and yet such kind outpourings of support.
I feel like I'm home now! Thanks for leaving the light on for me.

Hurray! You're here! Welcome to our haven! We missed you and we're thrilled that you've joined us! It's been quiet around here lately with summer vacations and now all the teachers among us working on the first weeks of school. Now that you are here and Leen has her computer working again, it should pick up again.
